Philae Temple including the Sound & Light show:

Sailing to the island of Philae where the Pharaohs built a temple to Isis Goddess of wisdom. The island with its palms, colonnades, pylons seems to rise out of the river like a mirage . Piled rocks frame it on both side, and the purple mountains close up the distance. The temple shows no sign of ruin and age.

Abu Simbel Tour

Located 280 kms south of Aswan, Abu Simbel’s twin temples were originally carved out of the mountainside during the reign of King Ramses II in the 13th century BCE, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari, to commemorate his alleged victory at the Battle of Kadesh. However, the complex was relocated in its entirety in 1968, on an artificial hill made from a domed structure, high above the Aswan High Dam reservoir.
